In a single Clever Day, we can:
- Audit and refresh your website in line with 2022 web standards to keep your business looking current, relevant and reliable (incl. a bonus list of strategic recos for you to implement beyond the quick fixes for ongoing growth); OR
- Set up your Canva Pro account and pack it full of ready-to-use branded templates for the year ahead (incl. training video) — i.e., Facebook, Insta, e-book, slide deck; OR
- Automation deep dive: we map out one of your services for full visibility around every client touchpoint and look at what administrative tasks we can automate off your desk for the year ahead (including the tech needed to make it happen). Extra day needed for implementation.
Lock in 2022 work at 2020 prices
- Like a lot of businesses, I felt icky about raising our prices during a pandemic, so the new rates have only recently gone live on the website.
- BUT I know that’s a steep rise (40% + increase) for existing clients. So I’m offering the 2020 rate to all clients who book by Australia Day (26 Jan 2022).
- Any services purchased this year are valid for use until the end of the financial year (30 June 2022). You can book as many Clever Days as you need.

A Clever Day can help you if:
- You have a list of design or development tasks that need doing and are becoming a roadblock to achieving business goals.
- You want some solid foundational work completed quickly so you can move forward with other related tasks.
- You want to save time by reducing the burden of admin tasks on your desk — and are open to taking advantage of technology to enable that transformation.
- You want to get a bunch of templates set up by a professional so you know they’re on brand and easy for your team to use over and over again (this could be a blog post template on your website or marketing templates in Canva).
- You have a WordPress website (using the Elementor Pro page builder) or Squarespace setup (for website work).
This is not for you if:
- You need a completely new or redesigned website (that’s a much bigger project!). You can also secure 2020 prices on our custom web design options below.
- You are unable to approve designs on your design day (your day does not need to be scheduled until you need to use it, but you do need to be available for quick feedback when the time comes).
- You need work done between now and 26 January 2022 — this is a booking for future work only as I am on hols until Australia Day (whoop!).

What's not included:
- A defined set of deliverables — I’ve been doing this for a long time and have shortcuts for just about everything, so am able to work super fast, but I can’t guarantee that I’ll get through all of your tasks in a single day.
- Additional support outside of the hours scheduled for you — be sure to make yourself available on your scheduled day to be sure any feedback you have can be incorporated on the day.
