Can I really get my money back on this workshop?
Yes! If you’re excited by what we outline in our strategy session and are ready to commit to a full website project with Studio Clvr, your workshop fee will be deducted from your project deposit.
Do I have to use Studio Clvr to implement the results of my Website Strategy Workshop?
Of course not! Our Workshop has been designed from over a decade of knowing how to ask the right questions about your business, do the relevant research to add data-backed knowledge, and apply our honed expertise in the crafting of quality digital brands. If Studio Clvr isn’t the right fit for your project (we might not align for any number of reasons from budget to availability to tech suitability) you can take your strategic blueprint to another designer. We can also refer you to other experts from within our network. The blueprint we produce for you will form a solid project brief and actionable scope of work for you to build on.
Will you be selling Studio Clvr services as part of the workshop?
People who book a Website Strategy Workshop are usually keen to hear about our services, but you won’t find a big sales pitch here.

Why should I spend money on a workshop like this for project discovery?
Diving in on a website project without first workshopping your real needs is like having a doctor prescribing medication without first diagnosing your symptoms.
Most businesses will have done a load of this work themselves, but to go back to the doctor analogy,using this as your basis is kinda like telling your GP you’ve found the answer on Google and don’t want their professional opinion. Why is it important to understand our available tech resources?
We’ve been doing this for over a decade now and have done many redesign projects for clients who are rebounding from a bad experience with larger and flashier (on the outside) marketing agencies. In every one of those redesigns, the biggest problem has been that the client has not been asked the right questions upfront to ensure that the website meets their expectations around business goals and their tech know-how and available resources to manage the website. Big agencies often assume you can hire a full-time web designer to manage the website. This is unrealistic for most small businesses. We take into account your team, your time and your level of familiarity with tech to ensure the website built for you strikes the right balance between the tech you can manage and the tech your business can benefit from. We’re all for reaching for the stars, but the stars need to be within reach.
Is there a limit on the number of people who can be involved in the workshop sessions?
We are firm believers that all key decision makers for your website and marketing should be involved in the website strategy workshop sessions. These are collaborative sessions, where it is essential for all voices in your business to be heard before big decisions are made. This gets everyone excited about the action plan and on the same page for a successful project with common goals.
That said, more than 3 people will extend the time required for each workshop. There will be a surcharge for additional seats, which we advise on depending on your requirements.
Can I reschedule my chosen Workshop date or time?
You can reschedule your workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time (outside of emergencies).
