If you're asking...

  • Is this how XYZ should work?

  • I need a sense check for clarity on this

  • What's the simplest way to send X to Y?

  • Can I automate this?

  • Have I thought of everything for my new sales funnel?

  • Can I systematize this?

  • How can I build capacity for higher value tasks?

  • Is there a more efficient way of doing this?

  • Is this scaleable?

  • Can I productize this service?

Eliminate cost blow outs and maximise ROI

A Feasibility Check keeps implementation costs down by reducing the need for implementation do-overs. It also ensures that the delivery of your idea maximises ROI and does not waste your investment on spray-and-pray tactics.

Get a sense check with our idea validation service

We have a simple process for helping you know if your idea is ‘doable’ and giving you a roadmap on the best way to go about it. A feasibility check is taking your business goal + Nic’s marketing & systems knowledge + research and advice to be sure you’re on the right track.

    Implement faster and with confidence

    1. 1. Book a chat to discuss your challenge/idea

We’ll have a 30-minute chat to dive into the problem you’re trying to solve within the context of your current business environment and future goals.

    2. 2. Feasibility Check

I’ll likely have some high-level ideas for you while we talk so we can bounce around the idea and how it could work. After our call, I’ll research to cross-check against the latest marketing insights and user experience design and search best practices. I’ll also assess your idea against the systems/tools you’re using now so you’re not paying for any extra tools you may not need. If you do need a new plugin, I’ll check it will play nicely with your setup (there’s nothing worse than setting up a new plugin only to find it breaks your entire website).

    3. 3. Report delivered

      • You’ll get a short report within 8 business hours of your call, outlining the pros and cons of various options, any gaps or opportunities you could leverage, where to get more advice should you need to go deeper, and my top-level thoughts on how best to execute your idea. So when you’re ready to implement the plan, you have a compass and a map and can move forward with confidence.
      • What the report will not include: implementation of your idea, content strategy or keyword research, deep strategic evaluation of a big project. The Feasibility Check is generally used as a sense check for a project that is a small extension of an existing business website. If you’re rethinking your entire website or product offering, start with a Project Inquiry.

Are you in the States or the UK? We’re based in Sydney, Australia, so if you book a feasibility check, we’ll likely have a report through to you while you sleep!

Nicole was such a great help in evaluating some issues on a client’s website that were really giving us trouble. She was able to quickly identify likely culprits and point us in the right direction so that we could help our client resolve the issues. Nicole is clearly very expert when it comes to Wordpress and custom coding.

    Frequently asked questions

    • Will the Feasibility Check be a Zoom call or via email?

      A bit of both!

I prefer to start all checks with a quick call to ensure I fully understand exactly what you’re trying to achieve. Sometimes, clients choose to skip the call and have me provide everything via email. That’s fine, too!

All checks include offline expertise to scope out the feasibility of systems that work with your existing software or to advise on automation or workflow options.

All feasibility Checks finish with a report, so you have a record of what your next steps are and a roadmap to move forward quickly.

    • Can you provide coaching or training as part of the Feasibility Check?

Sure! Some clients want me to both give a sense check and show them how to do XYZ. As long as we can do this within the allotted hour, I can absolutely give you a how-to, or even create a quick demo for you to get you started. Zoom calls can be recorded so you can reference the training later.

    • Can we talk about more than one issue/project for the Feasibility Check?

Of course! Feel free to cram in whatever you can to maximise the value of your investment, just be aware that the call time limitation is 30 mins. Some issues have several interrelated factors that need consideration, so it’s definitely beneficial to target your problem from all angles. The more things you want to connect, the more high level the advice will be. If you have only one item to discuss, the advice is likely to be a lot more detailed. A Website Review or a dedicated Clever Day might be a better option for your business if you want to fully scope out a larger strategy. Of course, your Feasibility Check report will include the next steps for further research and other considerations to get you started in the right direction if you’re still in the early stages of your thinking.

    • What happens if my question is too big to be answered in a Feasibility Check?

If the Feasibility Check is too limited for your needs, we’ll let you know. A more in-depth Website Strategy Workshop or a dedicated Clever Day might be a better option for your business if you want to fully scope out a larger workflow, new competitor or keyword research or structural/design changes to inform your strategy. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss your options.
