An hourly pack is ideal for:
- Fast website content updates when you need them
- Website troubleshooting
- Integrations and automations to connect all of your business systems
- Custom AI tools and prompt engineering assistance
- Help with tricky web stuff — i.e. adding code or custom CSS
- Quick advice or a sense check to be sure you’re on the right track
- Speedy ‘how-to’ screen shares and training
- Quick, collaborative help to keep your projects moving forward.
What’s included:
- Priority access to me, with dedicated time in my schedule set aside to give you front-of-the-queue support when you need it.
- 10 or 20 hours (depending on pack purchased) valid for 12 months.
- Use is timed in small 15-min increments, so you’re not restricted to the usual hourly minimum, and there’s no need to wait until you have a big task list to reach out.
- Video recordings, and written notes of any training/tips for future reference. If you’re a Clever Care client, all training will be added to your tutorial library.
Terms:
- Hours are valid for 1 year and will expire if unused. I’ve never had a client hold on to hours for that long, but if you do, you’ll get a reminder 1 month prior to expiry so you can use ’em up!
- Guaranteed response time within 8 business hours.
- Refunds available within 7 days if no work has started (on request). Hours can be transferred to another Studio Clvr product within 30 days—handy if, once we get started, we discover that your needs can be better served by another one of our services.
