The Future IM/Pact team wanted to increase their professional profile with a more robust website that marketed new programs to multiple audiences. They were also keen to take advantage of technology to increase capacity for an already-stretched team.

Future IM/Pact Director, Yolanda Beattie wanted to build a professional brand and business in its own right, separate from her personal branding and individual engagements. F/I was developed as a training organisation aimed at multiple audiences at different career stages with an vast product range of workshops, programs and bespoke training. The main challenge of the website was to showcase programs for each audience in their own right without alienating any individual audience.
Strategic workshops gave us a deep dive into the client profiles and buying stages developed a strategy to divide the website in a logical way, while ensuing all audiences could easily navigate to the programs they’re looking for.
The website’s flexible structure has made it easy to change programs as needed and to alter user journeys in line with shifting audience and business goals.

Sophisticated automations to decrease 'busy work' and increase capacity
Hours of weekly admin tasks were eliminated to give staff their time back.
- Dynamic content and templates leveraged site-wide to make it easy to feature new content precisely where it is relevant by checking a box, minimising the need to mess with page designs.
- Relationships created between different types of content to allow cross-advertising of programs or events as simple as clicking a checkbox. No more creating banners at the bottom of blog posts to showcase an upcoming event or launch.
- The website was integrated with the HubSpot CRM and automated workflows were developed to scrap manual work onboarding participants.

We’ve enjoyed continuing our relationship with the F/I team to provide ongoing website care, website management and support, and team training.
Future IM/Pact have also leveraged our help as part of an annual strategic review to optimize the website and maximise not only what the site is doing to deliver on business goals, but also to understand how they can use the website, as their most significant digital asset, to boost their owned media and leverage the authority and reputation of the brand.
