When your reputation outgrows your website
Ideal for: established training organisations, coaches, and consultants with multiple audience types.
A professional upgrade to match F/I's expertise and connect with multiple audiences
Future IM/Pact delivers leadership training to corporates, teams, and emerging professionals. The challenge: one website serving all of them, without watering anything down.
Yolanda Beattie had built Future IM/Pact into a serious training organization: corporate programs, career development pathways, bespoke workshops, serving multiple distinct audiences at different stages of their careers. The business had outgrown its website entirely. The site wasn’t converting, the team was drowning in admin, and the brand wasn’t communicating the calibre of work being delivered. She needed a website that finally matched the reputation she’d already earned.
In their words: “Nic helped us rebuild our company website and was terrific to work with. She’s patient, responsive and highly knowledgeable. We love the new site and the ease with which we can maintain it internally, and we’ve seen a huge increase in visitors!”
A website as sophisticated as the business behind it
The core challenge was one that many established expertise businesses face: how do you serve multiple, distinct audiences from a single website without making any of them feel like an afterthought? Yolanda’s programs span emerging professionals, mid-career leaders, and corporate partners — each with different needs, different buying journeys, and different reasons for being there.
A deep-dive strategy workshop helped us map each audience’s path through the site. The result is a structure where every visitor finds their way quickly and feels like the site was built for them — without Yolanda’s team having to maintain separate sites or constantly reconfigure pages as programs evolve.
The website’s flexible structure has made it easy to change programs as needed and to alter user journeys in line with shifting audience and business goals.
Giving the team their time back
An expert team should be spending their time on high-value work; not manually updating banners, copy-pasting event details across pages, or chasing down onboarding admin. We built the site to handle the repetitive work automatically.
New content now surfaces exactly where it’s relevant across the site with a single checkbox. No redesigning pages, no duplicating effort. Program cross-promotion happens automatically as relationships between content are established once and maintained by the system. And participant onboarding, previously a string of manual emails and follow-ups, now runs through integrated workflows connected to the CRM. The team gets their hours back. Yolanda gets to focus on delivery.
A partnership that grows with the business
The best websites aren’t set-and-forget. As Future IM/Pact has grown, so has our role in keeping the site working hard alongside it. Annual strategic reviews give Yolanda’s team a regular checkpoint to assess what’s performing, what’s shifted in the business, and where the next opportunity lies — whether that’s a new audience to reach, a program to spotlight, or a search strategy to sharpen. It’s the kind of ongoing relationship that turns a website into a genuine business asset, not just a digital brochure.
We’ve enjoyed continuing our relationship with the F/I team to provide ongoing website care, website management and support, and team training.
