To look like the experts they are from the get go

Alex and Michael had the expertise, the track record, and the client relationships. What they didn’t have was a business that looked the part. Moving from informal consulting arrangements into a formal training company meant their first impression needed to do serious heavy lifting, conveying the same credibility they’d spent careers building, before a single proposal was sent.

The stakes were real: reputations to protect, senior clients to impress, and programs to deliver. There was no runway for a slow or scrappy launch.

In Michael’s words: “[Nic showed us] options that were not even on our radar yet relevant to our business”.

A brand with as much personality as the people behind it

The brief was clear: professional, but not corporate-bland. Alex and Michael’s training style is dynamic and tailored — their brand needed to say the same. Generic wouldn’t cut it for clients who’d expect to see the calibre of their work reflected in every touchpoint, including the logo on the slide deck.

We guided them through brand naming, ran the business name registration checks, and developed an identity with enough personality to stand out in a crowded field — while still commanding the trust that senior corporate clients expect. A fully branded slide deck was ready alongside the website, so they walked into their first training session with complete confidence in their materials.

All of it, delivered in a week.

Words that sound like them; and work for Google

The best website copy sounds like the person behind the business, not like a marketing brochure. We started with a strategy workshop to really understand how Alex and Michael think about their clients and the transformation their programs deliver. Then we took their words and shaped them into messaging that’s both true to them and built to convert.

That meant layering in SEO from the start — researching the keywords their ideal clients are actually searching for — so the site works to bring in new leads, not just validate the ones who already know them.

The result: messaging that Michael and Alex recognise as their own, that also hits every marketing mark.

Live, qualified leads within the first month

Speed was essential. Every week without a professional web presence was a week of lost credibility. With the brand locked in, we built their Squarespace site in a week, designed for ease of management so the team could update it themselves without needing to call in help.

Within the first month of going live, they were receiving qualified leads through the site. The cost of the entire project — brand, copy, and build — was recouped after a single client engagement.
